Difficult to grow due to its fragility and low resistance to humidity and cold, it eventually rewards giving a full and harmonious oil with unique properties..
With a spicy but also bitter flavour, Montioni Moraiolo Oil is intensely fruity, leaving notes of almond and artichoke on the nose, and with a very robust taste.
