Grappa di Sagrantino is made by the Azienda Agricola Montioni in a totally traditional way!
After fermentation, the pomace of our vines, intended to create Montefalco Sagrantino, is distilled discontinuously giving rise to a unique grappa, which releases the aromas and sensations of a native production in the Umbrian hills
