It is the perfect time to offer you some easy and tasty summer dish that could save you more than a few home evenings.

All this in collaboration with Maria Angela Mastronardi of Ma cosa hai messo nel sufflè?! who cooked this magnificent dish for us!
Are you ready? Go to the recipe for Chicken Breast Tagliata with Grechetto Montioni
(For the more curious: here is a preview of the final result ... mouth-watering!)
All thanks to Grechetto Montioni, a young white wine, easily combined with appetizers, first courses and white meats. If served at cool temperatures, it is also an excellent white wine as an aperitif.
At the sight the Grechetto IGT Montioni appears straw yellow, with golden reflections, very bright.
On the palate it is fresh, round and the scent brings back floral and canned fruit and citrus notes.
Try a glass paired with my recipe!
